The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority along with Miami Beach Mayor Matti Bower set forth a plan to stimulate business and raise visibility of the Miami Beach brand with a luxury value that was unique, exciting and easily utilized. The plan provided a card, the INcard, available to Miami Beach residents and visitors. The INcard provides value offers for an array of services such as hotel promotions, special dining offers, local attraction discounts and car rental. Hi-gloss was chosen to execute the program.
